These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and OsoDesign ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of our design services and website.

By subscribing to our services, accessing our website, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Service Offerings

We provide professional design services including:

• Brand identity design and development
• Digital design for websites, apps, and marketing materials
• Motion graphics and video content creation
• Marketing collateral and print design
• AI-enhanced design workflows for improved efficiency

2.2 Subscription Model

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis with the following options:

• Design Plan: $2,000/month - unlimited design requests, one active project at a time
• Design+Motion Plan: $3,500/month - unlimited design and motion graphics requests, one active project at a time
• Trial Period: $499 for first week with option to convert to monthly plan

2.3 Service Delivery

• Standard turnaround: 48-72 hours for most projects
